FOR EXTERNAL USE
Kumkumadi Oil (Daily)
Evening/Night:
⦁ Apply 1-2 drops of Kumkumadi oil onto your palm.
⦁ Rub your palms together and gently apply the oil to your face.
⦁ For normal to dry skin, leave it overnight and wash it off in the morning with any face wash or your nalangu maavu.
⦁ For oily skin, leave it on for only 2 hours, then wash it off with a mild cleanser or nalangu maavu.
Beetroot Face Pack (3-4 times a week)
Morning or Evening (on non-Anti-Acne pack days):
⦁ Take the required amount of beetroot face pack and mix it with raw milk or rose water.
⦁ Apply it evenly on your face and neck.
⦁ Leave it for 3 minutes, then massage gently for 30 seconds.
⦁ Let it sit for an additional 10 minutes before washing with normal water.
⦁ Avoid using face wash or soap afterward.
Anti-Acne Pack (2-3 times a week)
Morning or Evening (on non-Beetroot pack days):
⦁ Mix the required amount of the anti-acne pack with raw milk.
⦁ Apply the mixture evenly to your face and neck.
⦁ Leave it on for 15 minutes.
⦁ Wash it off with normal water, avoiding face wash or soap.
⦁ Do not use the Beetroot Face Pack and Anti-Acne Pack on the same day.
⦁ Alternate between the Beetroot Face Pack and Anti-Acne Pack throughout the week for balanced skin care.
