Full Body Skincare Routine

1. Nalangu Maavu (Daily or Weekly as Body Cleanser)
⦁ For face and body:
⦁ Mix Nalangu Maavu with water, rose water, or milk to form a paste.
⦁ Apply the paste all over your body, including your face.
⦁ Gently scrub in circular motions to exfoliate.
⦁ Leave it on for 5-10 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water.
⦁ Use daily or at least twice a week for smooth and clear skin.
⦁ Don’t use soap after nalangu maavu wash
2. Kumkumadi Oil (For Face & Neck – Daily)
⦁ Night time routine:
⦁ Apply 1-2 drops of Kumkumadi oil to your palm.
⦁ Rub your hands together and gently massage the oil onto your face and neck.
⦁ Leave it on overnight for normal/dry skin, or for 2 hours if you have oily skin.
⦁ Wash it off in the morning with Nalangu Maavu or a mild cleanser.
3. Anti-Acne Pack (For Face – 2-3 times a week)
⦁ Application:
⦁ Mix the required amount of the anti-acne pack with raw milk.
⦁ Apply it evenly on your face and neck.
⦁ Leave it on for 15 minutes, then wash off with normal water (no soap or face wash).
⦁ Use 2-3 times a week to prevent acne and improve skin clarity.
4. Beetroot Face Pack (For Face & Neck – 3-4 times a week)
⦁ Application:
⦁ Mix the beetroot face pack with raw milk or rose water.
⦁ Apply to your face and neck, leaving it on for 3 minutes.
⦁ Massage gently for 30 seconds, then leave it for an additional 10 minutes.
⦁ Wash off with normal water (avoid using soap or face wash after).
⦁ Use this pack 3-4 times a week to brighten and nourish your skin.
